ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION

Page#lO

Wednesday, March 7, 1990

Keel stated that the south entrance should be moved further west.

Johnson requested that Mikulak comment on the planned
landscaping.

Mikulak stated that landscaping will be put on the south side of
the building and around the front of the building.

Johnson questioned if this landscaping will be something
substantial.

DeBenedet questioned if there was a soil monitoring system
located on the south end of the lot in the location in which the
driveway could be moved.

Mikulak stated that this is a soil monitoring system and they
still need to put in a soil venting system.

DeBenedet questioned if this would interfere with the desired
change.

Berry questioned the trash container location and screening.

Mikulak stated the trash container is buffered by a fence that
surrounds the outside of the lot.

Berry stated that a fence just around the outside of the lot is
not acceptable. The entire dumpster needs to be enclosed.

Goedeke questioned the loss of inside storage due to the
addi tion of 2 new garage doors. Goedeke suggested that the
driveway on Roselawn should be moved west further away from the
intersection to allow for safer traffic conditions.

Dahlgren offered suggestions for storage, parking, and
landscaping.

stokes suggested that the pits could be used for storage.

Goedeke stated his concern that they may start storing things
outside.

Dahlgren stated that readjustments of property lines can be done
administratively.

Mikulak questioned that if they fulfill all of these suggestions,
will the variances be granted.
