Repairs to the roof alone would exceed $100,000. The <br />future plans of NCR would create a higher tax base and jobs. The <br />job retention and creation due to the expansion of NCR would be <br />an asset to Roseville. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that NCR may base its decision on what <br />community offers the best incentive package. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned what would happen if NCR moved out of this <br />location. <br /> <br />Waldron replied that the potential new users may be state <br />agencies which would be tax exempt. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned if this district would apply to the school <br />site only. <br /> <br />Waldron replied yes and that it is currently zoned B-1. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned what the comprehensive plan reflected <br />regarding the site. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned if NCR currently owns the property. <br /> <br />Dahlgren replied that the property is zoned for limited business. <br />Dahlgren stated that the land was rezoned years ago from R-1 to <br />B-l. <br /> <br />Johnson read a portion of proposed resolution outlining Planning <br />Commission findings.
