<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page# 8 <br /> <br />Wednesday, March 7, 1990 <br /> <br />Rosene stated that they could reconfigure their plan to not <br />overlap on City property. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to recommend approval of a <br />special use permit as per the plans presented to the Planning <br />Commission dated 3/90 with the following conditions: <br /> <br /> a) <br /> b) <br /> c) <br /> d) <br /> e) <br /> f) <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />be review and approval of final drainage, <br />utility abandonment, grading, and other <br />details by City staff; <br />be City staff approval of final landscape <br />that 3 percent of the parking area be <br /> <br />That there <br />utilities, <br />engineering <br />Tha t there <br />plans and <br />landscaped; <br />That there be construction of a sidewalk or escrow of <br />funds for sidewalk along Fulham street, except the <br />northerly two lots; <br />That there be an agreement regarding use of City land <br />on the west end of the site (contiguous to Fulham <br />Pond).
