That all required assessments be paid. <br />2. That right-of-way be dedicated along victoria and <br />County Road B. <br />3. Dahlgren stated that the setback <br />would be reduced from 15 feet to 7 feet. <br /> <br />Dahlgren suggested that the applicant move the curbing in a few <br />feet to leave more room for trees and shrubbery. This would not <br />reduce the amount of parking. Dahlgren stated that this is the <br />most important intersection which serves as a front door to <br />Rosedale. <br /> <br />Carl parrague was present to represent Center companies. <br /> <br />parrague stated <br />stated that the <br />Fairview Avenue. <br />on the west side <br /> <br />that the existing wall will be rebuilt. He <br />County is requesting two additional lanes on <br />He commented that there are a number of trees <br />but they will be preserved. <br /> <br />Keel stated that the additional lanes will be constructed by the <br />City.
