Keel <br />added that a sidewalk would be required. <br /> <br />Peter Hilger gave a detailed description of the property and the <br />proposed building design. Hilger added that they will be <br />enhancing the building's facade. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned what colors will be used for the sign. Joe <br />Hansen, the furniture store owner, stated that they are looking <br />at a possible name change for their store so the final design has <br />not been determined. <br /> <br />Berry stated that she is not pleased with the landscaping plan. <br />Hilger explained the landscaping plan in detail. <br /> <br />Roberts questioned if a sidewalk exists in front of the building. <br />Hilger identified the location of the existing sidewalk. <br /> <br />Roberts questioned how the delivery of furniture will be handled. <br /> <br />An area resident suggested that the City take down the stop sign <br />at the corner of Oakcrest and the Snelling Avenue service road. <br /> <br />Sue Schmittdiel, an area resident, questioned if there will be a <br />limit to truck traffic along Oakcrest. <br /> <br />Keel replied that Oakcrest is designed for 9 ton loads and truck <br />traffic might not be limited. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned if it is possible to limit this truck traffic. <br /> <br />John Schmittdiel, an area resident, questioned the type of trees <br />to be used and the future status of the frontage road located <br />between this building and the new crossroads shopping center. <br /> <br />Goedeke commented that the rear fence should remain in place and <br />be repaired but the fence located to the side of the building <br />should be taken down due to its poor condition. <br /> <br />Pederson, an area resident, questioned if there will be any <br />signage located on the back of the building. Peterson questioned <br />when and where the gate will be located on the Snelling Avenue <br />service road between this existing building and the new <br />crossroads center. <br />
