The vacation of American street
2. Restriction of times for snow removal, deliveries,
sweeping, and trash pick up.
3. The design of the parking ramp.
4. The location, height, and design of the screen wall.

Paul Dunn, representative for Welsh Companies, summarized what
Welsh Companies have done in meeting the conditions which the
City placed on their previous approval of the project.

Johnson questioned who will be the anchors. Dunn stated that
Rainbow Foods, Best Buy Company, Kohl's department store, a
possible health club and a possible furniture store would be
possible tenants.

Goedeke questioned what the sight lines from the residences would
be. Dunn summarized the sight lines.

stokes suggested that a cul-de-sac be constructed to allow trucks
to turn around so they do not drive by the residences.

Goedeke questioned if the pipeline is posing a problem with the
fence location. Keel stated that he believes you may drive on a
pipeline easement.

wietecki suggested that they could add another loading dock on
the east side. Dunn stated that Rainbow's store criteria is very
strict and non-flexible.

Johnson commented that we need to protect this neighborhood.
