Johnson replied <br />that these were recommendations from the Council from about one <br />year ago. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that as a City, we must be open to new, approved <br />building materials. Dahlgren summarized the <br />procedures for site plan review and commented that it is not <br />efficient to refer special use permits to the Council before <br />going to the Planning Commission. He stated that most <br />communities do not do this. <br />
