<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 9 <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 18, 1990 <br /> <br />That final landscape plans and prov1s1ons for screening be <br />reviewed and approved by the city staff in consultation with <br />the affected neighbors. <br /> <br />That the fence be a '.;olid wall constructed out of cedar <br />materials. The fence should be designed by a structural <br />engineer. The material used on the fence should be "2 by" <br />material (1-1/2" nominal) which is screwed together. The <br />fence posts should be located 6 feet on center and be a <br />minimum of 6 inches thick and 6 inches wide. The fence <br />should be generally located on the north property line <br />except that the location can be shifted to the south as <br />allowed by the Williams Pipeline Company in order to <br />maintain trees and shrubbery on the adj acent residential <br />properties. The fence height should be established to <br />maintain the sight lines as presented to the Planning <br />commission on April 18, 1990 but in no case shall the fence <br />height be less than 10 feet. <br /> <br />3. That condition #10 limiting the hours that delivery, snow <br />removal, trash removal and street sweeping can occur to <br />between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. remain in effect. <br /> <br />4. That condition #13 be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />That the materials of the ramp be comparable with the <br />exterior materials of the main building which could include <br />pre-stressed exposed aggregate concrete panels and metal <br />panels. The lower level of the north side of the parking <br />ramp can remain open and that the wall on the upper deck <br />extend 6 feet above the floor deck. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Berry moved and Goedeke seconded that number 4 be amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />That condition #13 be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />That the materials of the ramp be comparable with the exterior <br />materials of the main building which could include pre-stressed <br />exposed aggregate concrete panels but which could not include <br />metal panels. There should be a solid wall on the north side of <br />the parking ramp from grade to a height of 6 feet above the floor <br />deck on the upper level of the ramp. <br /> <br />Roll call on amendment: <br />
