<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 6 <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 18, 1990 <br /> <br />Alleva stated that for security purposes, the Police Department <br />would recommend that the bottom of the ramp be left open. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned how he would feel about it being closed. <br /> <br />Alleva stated that this recommendation was made in accordance to <br />state plans and guidelines. <br /> <br />Lindgren stated that everyone wants a solid wall on the bottom of <br />the ramp. Lindgren commented that he does not like the <br />appearance of the metal for the top screening on the ramp. <br />Lindgren questioned if there had been a decision on delivery <br />entrance changes. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that they are abiding by the condition restricting <br />delivery hours so no delivery entrance changes are needed. <br /> <br />Johnson opened the floor to comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Mike Pederson, <br />would like to <br />possibilities. <br /> <br />1790 Oakcrest, stated that 16 of the homeowners <br />sell and would like to see future rezoning <br /> <br />Schmittdiel stated that he would like to see the fence as close <br />to the berm as possible. He has five trees he would like to <br />save. Schmittdiel commented that the pipeline people may use his <br />property for access. Schmmi ttdiel added that he is concerned <br />about a decline in property values. <br /> <br />Blaha commented that the higher the fence, the better. <br /> <br />Rick Sullivan stated that is concerned about what is being done <br />to protect his neighbors. Sullivan commented that he lives <br />behind Loehmann's and was promised many things before that <br />development that never came true. <br /> <br />Bruce Anderson stated that the shopping centers have not been <br />good neighbors. Anderson commented that he has to put up with <br />noise all the time and would like a very tall fence. <br /> <br />Anderson stated that the fence should be put in first to avoid <br />construction dust and noise. <br /> <br />Linda Hetland, 1760 Oakcrest, stated that the Loehmann' s sight <br />line drawings originally showed that there would be no views of <br />parking from her house and after the center was constructed, she <br />can see the complete lot. <br />
