Jopke added that the ordinance requires 144
parking stalls and this site will only have 130.

Jopke stated that roof top equipment is another concern and also
the use of a totally enclosed trash dumpster. Jopke added that
the staff has encouraged the applicant to comply with the items.

DeBenedet stated that the policy considerations raise the
question of "are there already enough restaurants in Roseville".

DeBenedet questioned if there was any discussion on variety of
trees. Jopke stated that we did not specifically go over this
with the applicant but that the landscape architects at Dahlgren,
Shardlow and Uban reviewed the varieties and found them to be
appropriate.

DeBenedet stated that the applicants choice of trees are
questionable. Green Ash blow over very easy and Sugar Maples do
not grow well in these soils.

Johnson stated that a change in trees could be part of our
requirements.
