ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION

Page'13

Wednesday, May 2, 1990

DeBenedet commented that the trash dumpster needs to look like it
is part of the building.

stokes stated that there are many incomplete items involved with
this application. stokes added that we need more information in
order to act on this application.

Goedeke questioned if the applicant is aware of the sidewalk
responsibility.

Keel stated that a sidewalk is required along the Snelling Avenue
Frontage Road.

Richards stated that he is not sure if all of these items can be
resolved. Richards requested that this be tabled.

Johnson suggested an outlot for parking across the street.
Richards stated that typically a city does not allow people to
park across the street from a business.

Berry stated that Ol' Mexico uses parking across the street.

Goedeke stated that the applicant may want to consider some
variety in the landscaping.

Berry stated that she likes Sugar Maples but they need a certain
type of soil.

Richards questioned the stipulations on dumpster.
that he did FAX this item to the applicant.

Jopke stated

Johnson closed the public hearing.

MOTION

DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to table this item so the
applicant can resolve the following issues:

1. The type and detail of any signage to be utilized on the
site.

Roll Call:

Ayes:

Berry, Goedeke, Stokes,
Wietecki, DeBenedet, Johnson

Roberts,

Nayes:

None
