Richards requested that this be tabled. <br /> <br />Johnson suggested an outlot for parking across the street. <br />Richards stated that typically a city does not allow people to <br />park across the street from a business. <br /> <br />Berry stated that Ol' Mexico uses parking across the street. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that the applicant may want to consider some <br />variety in the landscaping. <br /> <br />Berry stated that she likes Sugar Maples but they need a certain <br />type of soil. <br /> <br />Richards questioned the stipulations on dumpster. <br />that he did FAX this item to the applicant. <br /> <br />Jopke stated <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to table this item so the <br />applicant can resolve the following issues: <br /> <br />1. The use of more climate compatible landscaping. <br />2. Other parking options. <br />3. Incorporation of dumpster into the building. <br />4. Exterior finish of building. <br />5.
