Erickson replied that this could <br />be done. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that he wished more stations would look like this <br />one. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of Super <br />America's request for a special use permit for outside storage <br />and merchandising at 2172 Lexington Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the displays not exceed 5 feet. <br /> <br />2. That the merchandise can be displayed 24 hours per day. <br /> <br />3. The type of merchandise be limited to auto related products, <br />pop, oil, fire wood, charcoal, lawn fertilizer, and bird <br />feed. <br /> <br />4. That 3 feet of sidewalk be maintained for proper <br />accessibility to the building at all times. <br /> <br />5.
