<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 5 <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 6, 1990 <br /> <br />stokes stated that a line should be painted to set the limits for <br />the outside merchandising area. Erickson replied that this could <br />be done. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that he wished more stations would look like this <br />one. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of Super <br />America's request for a special use permit for outside storage <br />and merchandising at 2172 Lexington Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the displays not exceed 5 feet. <br /> <br />2. That the merchandise can be displayed 24 hours per day. <br /> <br />3. The type of merchandise be limited to auto related products, <br />pop, oil, fire wood, charcoal, lawn fertilizer, and bird <br />feed. <br /> <br />4. That 3 feet of sidewalk be maintained for proper <br />accessibility to the building at all times. <br /> <br />5. That the area devoted to outside merchandising and display <br />not exceed 2% of the area of the building as presented. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Stokes, Roberts, DeBenedet, wietecki, <br />Berry, Goedeke, Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 2071 <br /> <br />Gerald Richard's request for approval of Special Use Permit for <br />site Plan Review for an Olive Garden Restaurant at 1525 w. <br />County Road C. <br /> <br />Jopke stated that the applicant has requested that this matter be <br />continued another 30 days so that they can address all of the <br />concerns of the Planning Commission from the previous meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Roberts seconded to continue consideration of <br />Gerald Richard's request for a special use permit for site plan <br />
