Brachman responded that there were no details yet. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that the Commission needs to know the detail of <br />the exterior and asked the applicant to describe the proposed <br />design. Brachman stated that the final exterior details have not <br />been designed but that they would maintain the exterior as <br />previously approved. Brachman added that the brick colors would <br />be earthtone to cream, that there would be brick with white trim <br />and cedar horizontal siding. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned if the staff reviewed the exterior details. <br />Shardlow responded that because the proposal was the same as <br />previously approved, staff did not go into detailed review. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned if there was enough detail <br />suggested that the final details should be <br />presented to the Council. <br /> <br />wietecki questioned the site lighting. Ross also pointed out that the condition of the <br />house is atrocious and that it is being broken into by kids. <br />Ross stated that a petition in opposition is in progress. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that the house condition is a code enforcement <br />item which staff will work on. <br /> <br />Howe stated that they are stuck with the house and will burn it <br />down if they have to. <br />
