<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 11, 1990 <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Hasek summarized the site. Hasek stated that the easement had <br />been released previously by Council motion and that the applicant <br />has requested formal vacation. <br /> <br />DeBenedet commented that they had approved a similar vacation for <br />the lot behind the Mellberg's. <br /> <br />Berry questioned whether there were any more cases like this in <br />the city.
