Conway stated that there <br />none. He questioned whether <br />these cat walks were for people or were they there to stop cars <br />from going through the building. DeBenedet also stated that he <br />was concerned about the shed. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that they should separate the outside storage <br />special use permit from the shed approval. DeBenedet questioned <br />whether a gas station required a special use permit. Jopke <br />stated that it did. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that they should look closer at the shed. <br />Johnson stated that Clark has plenty of room for a shed. Johnson <br />said that the city isn't approving a building, only outdoor <br />
