Hasek pointed out that the
design and materials have already been approved with the shopping
center itself so the Review should address window signage,
loading and service, hours of service, trash and handling of
cardboard recycling.

stokes questioned whether there was any handicapped parking
requirements. Jopke stated that the state code requires 1 space
for every 50 spaces in the parking lot.

John Lapadat of Lap's Liquors stated that they would breakdown
all cardboard and aluminum before putting it in the dumpster. He
stated that If there is a recycling ordinance they would comply.

stokes questioned how they would deal with recycling cardboard.
Berry commented that she would encourage Lapadat to do so.
Lapadat stated that he would.

Johnson questioned whether he had room to stack it at the
dumpster. Lapadat stated that they keep over half their boxes
for people who request them for moving.

Roberts questioned the type of signage to be used. Lapadat
stated that it would be compatible with the rest of the shopping
Center's signs. He stated that it would consist of self-lit,
channel letters.

Roberts questioned about the type of window displays.
stated that they would have no more than 6 neon signs.

Lapadat

DeBenedet questioned on the type of temporary, paper signs,
Lapadat stated that they will use them.

DeBenedet questioned Jopke on the sign ordinance. Jopke stated
that window signs can cover no more than 25 percent of the
window and the lettering can be mo more than 6 inches high.

Berry stated that many stores in city are in violation of that
ordinance and that it should be enforced more strictly.

DeBenedet questioned where the one off-street loading site was.
Lapadat stated that it was right behind the store. Lapadat
stated that they don't like deliveries in front because it takes
up parking.
