<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 11, 1990 <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned when the hours of delivery would be. <br />Lapadat stated that 90 percent were in the morning. DeBenedet <br />questioned whether there would be any deliveries after hours. <br />Lapadat stated there would not. Lapadat also stated that they <br />have never had a citation for selling to a minor or other <br />problems. They are very diligent in carding who they believe are <br />minors. <br /> <br />The hearing was closed. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that he had questions on the center as a whole <br />on the screening for dumpsters. Jopke stated that it is totally <br />enclosed. Deliveries in the rear were approved for the center <br />when it came up for approval. <br /> <br />Hasek questioned whether Lapadat had a separate dumpster on site. <br />Lapadat stated no. Lapadat stated that they had wanted it closer <br />but it works out well because they aren't right next door to the <br />grocery store. Lapadat said that their location also makes it <br />easier for deliveries to both stores. <br /> <br />Hasek questioned where the dumpster was. Lapadat stated that <br />they shared dumpster with the grocery store. Hasek questioned <br />whether it was enclosed. Lapadat stated that he had been told it <br />was. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that she was concerned about the temporary paper <br />signs. She stated that she hoped Lapadat would stay within the <br />ordinance guidelines. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Roberts seconded to recommend approval of <br />the special use permit with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
