That final construction drawings be submitted to make certain that none of the proposed landscaping will interfere with sewer and water lines. 5. That erosion control plans be prepared, reviewed, approved by the Engineering Department prior to commencement of any grading activities on the site. and the 6. That approval of the proposed ground sign be deferred until the City's sign ordinance is reviewed and modified to allow it as presented. 7. That the applicants secure an easement for storm sewer on the southeast corner of lot 2. A copy of this easement shall be provided to the city Engineering Department prior to commencement of site development. 8. That a performance bond or letter of credit shall be submi tted in an amount to be determined by the community Development Department which is equal to 1-1/2 times the value of the proposed landscaping. 9. That all required assessments be paid. wietecki stated that he supported this proposal but was concerned about the conversion of industrial land. Wietecki stated that the city needs to be careful with the conversion of I-2 lands to lesser uses in order to protect property for industrial jobs and manufacturing uses. Johnson stated that Commissioner wietecki made an excellent point, that she would support the proposal because it is a good location for this particular use.
