<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Wednesday February 13, 1991 <br /> <br />of the Engineering Department prior to the issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />2. That plans be modified to provide for trash handling in a <br />manner which is consistent with City standards. <br /> <br />3. That final plans be reviewed to insure that all rooftop <br />utilities are screened in accordance with City standards. <br /> <br />4. That final construction drawings be submitted to make <br />certain that none of the proposed landscaping will interfere <br />with sewer and water lines. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />That erosion control plans be prepared, reviewed, <br />approved by the Engineering Department prior to <br />commencement of any grading activities on the site. <br /> <br />and <br />the <br /> <br />6. That approval of the proposed ground sign be deferred until <br />the City's sign ordinance is reviewed and modified to allow <br />it as presented. <br /> <br />7. That the applicants secure an easement for storm sewer on <br />the southeast corner of lot 2. A copy of this easement <br />shall be provided to the city Engineering Department prior <br />to commencement of site development. <br /> <br />8. That a performance bond or letter of credit shall be <br />submi tted in an amount to be determined by the community <br />Development Department which is equal to 1-1/2 times the <br />value of the proposed landscaping. <br /> <br />9. That all required assessments be paid. <br /> <br />wietecki stated that he supported this proposal but was concerned <br />about the conversion of industrial land. Wietecki stated that <br />the city needs to be careful with the conversion of I-2 lands to <br />lesser uses in order to protect property for industrial jobs and <br />manufacturing uses. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that Commissioner wietecki made an excellent <br />point, that she would support the proposal because it is a good <br />location for this particular use. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Roberts, Berry, Goedeke, <br />stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br />
