DeBenedet questioned how close the proposed fence would come to Fairview Avenue. Shardlow responded that it is a structure which would be required to have a 30 foot setback. Dan Ross stated that the current cyclone fence projects ten feet beyond the edge of the building, but because of visibility concerns, that their position is to extend the new fence no further out than the existing building. Mike Pederson stated that he was representing the neighbors and that the proposal is acceptable to them. Pederson stated that he was confident that any remaining issues will be worked out.
