That the security plan be implemented as approved by the <br />Chief of Police. The security plan should be reevaluated at <br />appropriate intervals and changes made as deemed necessary <br />by the Police Chief. <br /> <br />b. That adequate parking and safe traffic flow be maintained <br />on the site as determined by the zoning administrator based <br />on documented parking and traffic problems associated with <br />teen dance programs. <br /> <br />Stokes stated that he couldn't believe that other businesses <br />were not here expressing concerns about the proposal. Stokes <br />stated that, based on his experiences taking students to various <br />places, that there may be problems. Stokes stated that he <br />personally opposes the concept. <br /> <br />Goedeke pointed out that he has been involved in education for <br />many years and that people have been trying to get a teen center <br />for a long time. Goedeke pointed out that teens can be a <br />problem, that he was concerned about the other businesses in the <br />area, but that because of his interest in youth that he would go <br />
