<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />April 10, 1991 <br /> <br />haul diseased trees. Those were left on the property for the <br />property owner to properly dispose them. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned how diseased elm materials on public <br />boulevards were handled. Grongress stated that they make <br />arrangements with the cities to deal with those materials. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Roberts seconded to recommend approval of <br />Northern states Power Company request for an interim use permit <br />at 2814 Cleveland Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That a revised landscape plan be submitted for staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />b. That pavement, curb and gutter be installed from the fence <br />line out to county Road C-2. <br /> <br />'c. That the materials stored on the site be maintained free of <br />odor. <br /> <br />d. That the materials on the site be piled no more than 8 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />e. That the interim use permit have a two year time limit. <br /> <br />DeBenedet suggested that an additional condition be added to <br />state that the gate be locked at all times when the area is not <br />attended. <br /> <br />The maker and seconder of the motion agreed to the additional <br />condition. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, Harms, <br />Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: wietecki <br /> <br />Plannina File 2225 <br /> <br />National School Bus Service, Inc. request for special use permit <br />and variances to the zoning ordinance at 1905 W.
