Grongress stated that they make <br />arrangements with the cities to deal with those materials. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Roberts seconded to recommend approval of <br />Northern states Power Company request for an interim use permit <br />at 2814 Cleveland Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That a revised landscape plan be submitted for staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />b. That pavement, curb and gutter be installed from the fence <br />line out to county Road C-2. <br /> <br />'c. That the materials stored on the site be maintained free of <br />odor. <br /> <br />d. That the materials on the site be piled no more than 8 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />e.
