That at least three additional over story trees be planted <br />along the northern edge of the property which meet the city's <br />design standard requirements, the species of the trees should <br />be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />3. That no more than 45 boats be stored on the site at anyone <br />time. On the north lot, only the gravel area currently used <br />for parking and storage be used for boat storage and vehicle <br />parking. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />DISSENTING OPINIONS <br /> <br />Thomas stated that she had a problem with the expansion to the <br />north and its potential adverse impact on the adjacent property. <br />Thomas stated that a buffer area should be maintained between the <br />marina and the adjacent residential lot. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated he had a concern with the process and the less <br />than adequate submittal because it can result in misunderstandings <br />about what was approved which can cause problems later. DeBenedet <br />said that it is difficult for the Planning commission to give good <br />recommendations without a good understanding of proposals. <br />DeBenedet stated that all applicants should be subject to the same <br />submittal requirements. <br /> <br />Plannina File 2206 <br /> <br />James Duddleston request for vacation of a utility and drainage <br />easement at 423 S.
