Owasso Boulevard with the condition that a <br />similar easement be secured for the new property line when the <br />administrative lot division is processed. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Thomas, Goedeke, Roberts, <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Plannina File 2313 <br /> <br />Robert Nygaard/Corpus Christi request for comprehensive plan change <br />and preliminary and final plat approval at 2131 Fairview Avenue <br />North. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Discussion occurred concerning street alignment and the prov1s1on <br />for future access to the west, price of homes to be constructed, <br />the financial impact to the church if any lots are eliminated, <br />consideration for other types of housing on the site, the need for <br />additional study concerning design of sanitary and storm sewer on <br />the site, lot width deficiencies, potential for a setback <br />variances, concern by the applicant that there were not told about <br />the need for the street extension and the hardship which would be <br />caused by the delay, and the timing of roadway improvements. <br /> <br />Three neighbors spoke concerning this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Hernik, 1853 Skillman Avenue, questioned the need for a through <br />street. <br /> <br />Mrs. Yentes, 1844 skillman Avenue, stated that the project should <br />be approved as proposed because it compliments the neighborhood and <br />that she was against anything other than single family development <br />on the site. <br /> <br />Mary Kay Peppin, 1845 Skillman Avenue, said that she supports <br />single family development and that drainage should be controlled on <br />the site and should not go into the yards to the south. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Wietecki seconded to recommend approval of Robert <br />Nygaard/Corpus Christi Church request for comprehensive plan change <br />from school to low density residential at 2131 N.
