<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />June 12, 1991 <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke <br /> <br />DISSENTING OPINION <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that the sani tary sewer questions needed to be <br />resolved prior to approval. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Harms moved and wietecki seconded to recommend approval <br />Nygaard/corpus Christi Church request for preliminary <br />plat at 2l3l N. Fairview Avenue subject to the <br />conditions: <br /> <br />of Robert <br />and final <br />following <br /> <br />1. That engineering studies concerning the sanitary sewer <br />location and design be provided to satisfy the concerns of <br />engineering staff. <br /> <br />2. That an easement be acquired to accommodate storm water onto <br />lot 1, block 1, Caves addition or that the drainage plan be <br />redesigned to keep water from flowing into that area. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Thomas, Goedeke, Roberts, DeBenedet <br /> <br />DISSENTING OPINIONS <br /> <br />Thomas stated that lots should meet minimum size requirements. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that their plans were incomplete and that issues <br />relating to lot dimensions, utility design and potential access <br />from the west needed to be resolved. <br /> <br />Roberts stated that the proposal needs to meet lot standards. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that utility issues must be more fully analyzed. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and wietecki seconded to continue consideration of <br />Robert Nygaard/Corpus Christi Church request for preliminary and <br />final plat at 2131 N. Fairview Avenue to the July Planning <br />Commission meeting to allow the issues concerning potential access <br />to the property to the west, utilities, and lot width issues to be <br />resolved with City staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />DeBenedet <br />
