The concern that there be no problems with the overflow <br />storage of vehicles and boats on the site. <br /> <br />ACTION <br /> <br />The developer will prepare a general concept PUD plan for future <br />Planning Commission consideration. <br /> <br />"..w: <br /> <br />Update on Status of Roseville Activity center <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Bob Bierschied updated the Commission concerning the plans and <br />planned activities which will occur at the Roseville Activity <br />Center (the former Ralph Reeder School). <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Discussion occurred concerning how the purchase and operations are <br />funded, the concern that the activities would compete with private <br />businesses, the need to review the long term use of publicly owned <br />facilities and handicap access. <br /> <br />ACTION <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Ordinance amendments relating to automobile rental aqencies. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the previous discussions which have occurred <br />concerning this item and presented possible ordinance language. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Discussion occurred concerning how to limit the number of vehicles <br />on the site, the need to have a proper detinition of an automobile, <br />existing truck rental agency problems, the need to regulate <br />
