That additional landscaping be provided to meet the City <br />design standards. <br /> <br />2. County <br />Road B. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Carlson summarized the proposed lot division. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />The Commission discussed whether there was any neighborhood <br />opposition to the project as there had been with a similar lot <br />division in the area in a previous proposal. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Harms moved and Goedeke seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />David Gorde's request for division of platted lot at 970 W.
