County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Carlson summarized the request for an interim use permit. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included parking setback, landscaping, term of the <br />permit, the owners potential difficulty in leasing the property if <br />their existing tenant leaves, the owners willingness to provide <br />additional landscaping within reason, and whether the tenant would <br />be parking trailers outside the fence. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Stokes seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />a three year interim use permit sUbject to the condition that <br />additional landscaping be provided in front subject to staff review <br />and approval. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Harms, Thomas, Roberts, <br />Stokes, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />planninq File 2381 <br /> <br />George wintz request for parking setback variance at 2500 Walnut <br />street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Carlson highlighted the proposed site improvements and variance <br />request. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The Commission discussed the need for additional landscaping, the <br />type and location of trucks parking on the site, the fact that this <br />is a warehouse facility not a truck terminal, whether there was <br />adequate room to maneuver trucks, site drainage, and the purpose of <br />parking in front of the building, and the need to stripe parking <br />stalls. <br />
