<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 10, 1993 <br /> <br />Pagel <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Citizens <br /> <br />Pete Zeller, 1773 Alameda, stated that the proposed project was an <br />improvement over the Heritage proposal and questioned lot size, <br />setbacks, drainage and whether there would be siding on the lower <br />level of the walkout units. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Wietecki moved and Roberts seconded a motion to recommend approval <br />of the PUD with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That Public Works staff review and approve the engineering <br />plans for grading, drainage, storm ponding, sewer, and water. <br /> <br />2. That the landscape plan be revised to reflect the changes <br />suggested in this report. <br /> <br />3. That 4.5' of right-of-way be dedicated for Larpenteur Avenue. <br /> <br />4. That staff investigate the possibility of requiring a <br />maintenance bond to insure proper maintenance of the drainage <br />pond. <br /> <br />5. County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the proposal. <br /> <br />Bruce Carland summarized uses in building and the vehicle <br />maintenance to be done on the site. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included outside dumpsters, trash and other <br />existing maintenance problems, limit on the number of vehicles, <br />environmental issues, public versus private vehicle maintenance, <br />fence design, and compatibility with intended uses in the area. <br /> <br />No Citizens Appeared <br />
