<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 10, 1993 <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Stokes moved and Thomas seconded a motion to recommend approval of <br />Bruce Carland/CSM Corporation request for a special use permit at <br />2140 W. County Road C with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That maintenance of all vehicles be conducted entirely within <br />the principal building. <br /> <br />2. That the facility be used for the maintenance of vehicles <br />owned and operated by the FBI and that the facility not be <br />used in any way that will involve advertising or offering of <br />goods or services to the public. <br /> <br />3. That the design, appearance, and materials of the fenced <br />enclosure be as shown to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant and lessor agree to maintain the fenced <br />area in good repair at all times. <br /> <br />5.
