<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />March 10, 1993 <br /> <br />Paget <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Roberts, Wietecki, Stokes, <br />Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning Files 2500 <br /> <br />John and Diana Farrell request for the vacation of the portion of <br />the unimproved section of Richmond (Chatsworth) Street which lies <br />between Millwood Avenue and County Road C-2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the proposal. <br /> <br />John Farrell stated he is asking for similar consideration as his <br />neighbor received to the north. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included potential need of the street, potential <br />lot divisions, filing which has occurred and the expectations of <br />the other abutting property owners. <br /> <br />Citizens <br /> <br />Gary Vogelstein, 966 Millwood, stated the map showing the wetland <br />is wrong and should be updated.
