Mr. <br />Tschida added that the portion of his mothers property had been <br />platted with allowance for the proposed cul-de-sac and that if this <br />development was approved as proposed, it would adversely impact the <br />future development possibilities of his mothers lot. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Wietecki moved and Roberts seconded a motion to continue Cave & <br />Associates, Ltd. request for preliminary and final plat approval at <br />2960 Western Avenue to the May 12, 1993 Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Roberts, Thomas, Harms, <br />Sandstrom, Wietecki <br /> <br />Wall, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning File 2505 <br /> <br />Computer City/Beechwood Acquisitions, Inc. request for special use <br />permit and variance to the required setback on an outlot located in <br />front of the Roseville Crossroads Shopping Center at County Road B- <br />2 and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow provided background information on Shopping Center <br />district requirements and summarized the proposal. <br /> <br />Charles Schwab, representing Beechwood Co., gave background of the <br />company, development difficulties, percentage of landscaping, <br />summarized a typical Computer City development, signage, and <br />indicated the willingness to work with neighboring properties to <br />deal with issues that had been identified. <br />
