<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />May 12, 1993 <br /> <br />page# <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Planning Files 2512 <br /> <br />Enterprise Rent A Car request for special use permit at 2025 W. <br />Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Carlson highlighted the proposal. <br /> <br />Pat Klineman from Enterprise Rent A Car clarified parking, the type <br />of rental business and the vehicle sales which would occur on the <br />site. <br /> <br />Mark Rancone, from Roseville Properties, stated that they had no <br />problem with the conditions recommended by staff. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included parking, type of vehicles to be rented <br />and if vehicles would be sold on the site. <br /> <br />Citizens <br /> <br />No citizens appeared. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Wietecki seconded to recommend approval of <br />Enterprise Rent A Car request for special use permit at 2025 W. <br />Road C with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. That 25 parking spaces be reserved on site for the rental <br />cars. <br /> <br />2. That all washing, vacuuming, and other car preparation be done <br />completely within the building. No car repair or other <br />maintenance is to be done on site. <br /> <br />3. That no trailers or other equipment be stored on site. <br /> <br />4. That additional landscaping be provided in front of the <br />parking area to screen the cars from County Road C to a height <br />of at least 2.5 feet. <br /> <br />5.
