County Road B. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Wietecki seconded a motion to continue Target <br />Stores request for a special use permit for outside display and <br />merchandising at 1515 W. County Road B to the June 9, 1993 Planning <br />Commission meeting because the applicant was not present. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Sandstrom, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning Files 2392 <br /> <br />Theodore Brausen request for an amendment to an existing planned <br />unit development at 2164-2180 N. Dale Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Carlson highlighted the proposal. <br /> <br />Ted Brausen explained the reason for the requested amendment <br />including building maintenance problems and tight budget. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Issues discussed included existing zoning, the PUD ordinance intent <br />to allow flexibility, the amount of flexibility allowed in the <br />past, care and other impact on unprotected stucco, other <br />alternatives possible, and the necessity to keep signs in the sign <br />band. <br /> <br />Citizens <br /> <br />No citizens appeared. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Thomas moved and Wall seconded to recommend approval of an <br />amendment to the PUD at 2164-2180 N. Dale Street with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the north and east side of the north building be brought <br />into compliance within one year and that the applicant post a <br />performance bond with the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />2. That stucco be allowed on the south building as proposed. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission also recommended that the signage change be <br />denied. <br />
