County Road C with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That there be no exterior storage of equipment or parts. <br />b. That there shall be no advertising sign offering new or used vehicles for <br />sale on the site. <br />c. He requested the Commission review the information and continue the <br />hearing until the November meeting, at which time all of the information <br />regarding the vacations will be available. <br /> <br />MOTION: Thomas moved and Wall seconded a motion to continue <br />consideration of Robert Levine/Palisades Limited Partnership's request for a <br />vacation of right-of-way at 535,550,565, and 570 Sandhurst Drive W. until the <br />November 10, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thomas, Harms, Wall, Sandstrom, Rengel, Roberts <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />(d) Planning Files 2622 <br />
