The parking ratio for the site exceeds the City and the <br />primary tenant needs. Traffic on the site will be steady over the entire day and <br />not surging at 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Member Roberts asked for clarification <br />regarding signage. Carlson stated that the monument sign will be placed on the <br />corner of County Road C and Fairview Avenue with other directional signage <br />on the site. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked for clarification regarding the generation of sharps, <br />needles and hazardous waste. Carlson indicated there will be sharp materials <br />and needles generated on the site but there will be no hazardous waste burned <br />on the site. <br /> <br />No Citizens Appeared <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Roberts moved and Thomas seconded a motion to recommend <br />approval of Ryan Construction Company of MinnesotafMichael Bauer's request <br />for rezoning and preliminary and final plat at 1831, 1843, 1853-1871, and 1875 <br />W. County Road C subject to ponding construction needs prior to building <br />construction being reviewed by the City Engineering staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Harms, Wall, Sandstrom, Rengel, Roberts, Thomas, <br />Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked that an amendment be placed in the motion to have <br />the temporary pond area in place for construction runoff. Kent Carlson <br />explained that a portion of the pond is in place and another portion of the pond <br />will be built in the spring. The developer is working with the City Engineering <br />staff to clarify the timing and location of permanent ponding on the Twin Lakes <br />site. <br /> <br />8.
