Sikora <br />stated all lighting will be on poles in the parking lot and entry areas as well as <br />wall lighting along the back of the building. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked for details regarding the evergreen screening along <br />County Road C. Mr. Sikora explained that landscaping will be placed along <br />County Road C and it will be irrigated. The entry roads still need to be <br />approved by the County for realignment with median cuts that are proposed and <br />the plans need to be reviewed and approved by the Rice Creek Watershed. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked for details regarding the roof top screening and details <br />regarding the painting of the existing building. Mr. Sikora responded the heating <br />and ventilating equipment will be placed behind parapet walls and that the <br />existing building will be painted every five to six years. <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked for changes in the impervious surface ftom the current <br />proposal. He asked for details regarding the work the applicant has done with <br />the pollution control agency to correct the soil contamination on the site. <br />Murray Kornberg explained that the site does have environmental problems and <br />the methods of cleaning the site that are currently proposed. <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked for details regarding the storage area proposed at the <br />southwest corner of the site, Lot 1. Mr. Sikora explained that it either could be <br />used as green open space or it could be used as exterior storage space. <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki asked for details regarding parking. Mr. Sikora explained <br />that all buildings will have cross parking easements and more parking will be <br />available than is required by the code. Mr. Kornberg explained that there will <br />be more plantings in the parking area and that evergreens will be used for <br />screening of the parking area from County Road C. He also explained the <br />subdivision and recombination of land. <br />
