<br />eighteen feet (318 feet) of frontage are currently located on McCarrons <br />Boulevard. The new lot would have 21,863 square feet of area with 85 feet <br />of frontage on McCarrons Boulevard. No variances are necessary. Chainnan Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing <br />and requested Michael Falk supply a background report. <br /> <br />Michael Falk reviewed the request to rezone from II to PUD, and to provide <br />approval of the PUD concept and to provide approval of a preliminary plat <br />for a parcel which is 5.5 acres.
