<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />March 9, 1994 <br /> <br />Jopke noted that the recommendation will be sent to the City Council for <br />consideration at its March 28, 1994, meeting. <br /> <br />Correction: On May 11, 1994, the Planning Commission reconsidered and <br />corrected the above motion as follows: <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Member Wietecki moved, second by Member Rengel, to correct the motion <br />on page 7 of the March 9, 1994, Planning Commission Minutes to read as <br />follows: "The Planning Commission recommended to delay a decision on <br />the change to the Comprehensive Plan from low density to medium density <br />for the properties at 674, 656, and 646 County Road C, until a <br />Comprehensive Plan Hearing had been held for the entire area <br />encompassed by the Legion property on the west, Central Park on the south, <br />Dale Street on the east, and County Road C on the north. <br /> <br />Member Wall expressed concern with the change in the motion and the <br />discussion before and after the motion. He expressed concern with the <br />properties that surround the site and the premature nature of the proposal. <br />He also expressed concern about the need to resolve the issues surrounding <br />the site, but he supports the revised motion. <br /> <br />Roll Call: Ayes: <br /> <br />Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Harms, Roberts, <br />Wietecki. <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. (b) Planning File 2635 <br /> <br />Donald Roberts has requested a division of a parcel of land located at 222 <br />North McCarrons Boulevard.
