Planning Commission Meeting Minutes April 13, 1994 4/13/94, and approval of the Planned Unit Development concept as per the design drawings submitted for the 4/13/94 meeting with more detail on the southeast access, and sidewalks along the east side of Lincoln Drive to be address by the staff. Member Thomas asked for a clarification regarding the curb cut on Snelling Avenue at the Conoco Station, and whether this would allow traffic to have the same turning problems as at County Road B and Snelling Avenue. Michael Falk responded that the Consultant recommended closing the southeast access and re-orienting traffic to Lincoln Drive. Member Wall asked about the details of the outlots, and whether outlot B could become a portion of lot 3 or 4, and whether additional easements for ponding and drainage should be provided to all lots. Member Wall also asked for details regarding a pedestrian access or crossing.from the proposed project to the Byerly's site. He asked how much foot traffic could be expected between the sites. Member Harms asked for further details regarding the entrance and exits on Snelling Avenue. She also asked for clarification regarding the signs, especially the comparison between monument signs and pylon signs. Member Thomas asked if the signs on the site had been clearly identified and measured by the staff. Michael Falk responded that they will be reviewed in the final Planned Unit Development. Member Thomas asked if the landscaping meets the city code. Michael Falk responded, it did. Member Thomas also asked if the trash bins were now part of all existing buildings. Michael Falk responded that all trash collection are now enclosed or attached to the buildings. Each trash enclosure will have a roof over it. Jerry Slawik introduced his development team of Gary Vogel, David Green, and Brian Slawik. Gary Vogel, Architect, representing Slawik Development presented the concept for the 4 buildings and the shared parking noting that 12
