There were none. <br />Chainnan Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Hanns moved, seconded by Member Sandstrom, to <br />recommend approval of a special use permit amendment for the 30 additional <br />spaces requested, with the conditions that the staff review the landscaping <br />prior to the City Council meeting. The purpose of the staff landscape review <br />is to ensure that the landscaping softens the impact of the vehicles as viewed <br />from the road. <br /> <br />Roll call: Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Roberts, Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, <br />Wietecki. <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked if there was additional landscaping that could be done <br />along the north side or adjacent to the car areas. She encouraged the <br />applicant to work with the staff between the Planning Commission and City <br />Council meetings to evaluate whether additional landscaping can be provided. <br />She asked whether the conditions originally approved in the special use <br />permits still apply.
