City of Roseville Planning Commission Minutes <br />Wednesday, June 8, 1994 <br />MINUTES <br />moratorium will need to be extended until September 1, 1994, in order to tie all of these <br />issues together. <br />Motion: <br /> Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Harms, to designate Members <br />Thomas and Sandstrom (and any other who can attend) of the Commission to review the <br />various documents with the Engineering and Planning Staff and Council representatives at <br />study meetings. <br />Roll Call:Ayes:Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki, Harms, <br />Roberts <br />Nayes:None <br />Motion: <br /> Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Harms to request the Council <br />to designate up to 2 City Council members, Barb Mastel as the Planning Commission <br />liaison and 1 other, to assist the Commission in this review. <br />Roll Call:Ayes:Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki, Harms, <br />Roberts <br />Nayes:None <br />Motion: <br /> Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Harms, to recommend that the <br />Council extend the Shoreland variance moratorium until September 1, 1994. <br />Roll Call:Ayes:Sandstrom, Rengel, Thomas, Wall, Wietecki, Harms, <br />Roberts <br />Nayes:None <br />The Staff was directed to establish a time for such meetings. <br />7.Public Hearing on Revisions to the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Community <br />Development Director Dennis Welsch to provide a background report on the <br />Comprehensive Guide Plan study to date. <br />After the presentation, Chairman Wietecki asked for comments from the public.
