WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville Planning Commission and Community Development Staff encourage young professionals to explore and expand their planning skills while participating in the City ofRoseville Planning Program, and WHEREAS, as Roseville's first GIS and Data Coordinator, RICH McNAMARA has provided valuable GIS program setup, data coordination and collection, and planning contributions to the city planning program such as the mapping and profile information for the newly approved 1994 Comprehensive Plan, and most importantly, for assistance to citizens, commissions, and staff, and WHEREAS, the planning program has placed high demands on Rich's days and weekends to deliver accuracy, punctuality, and geographic appeal through many iterations of the same or similar materials, creating long hours of tedious work in the City of Rose vi lIe, and WHEREAS, Data Coordinator RICH McNAMARA has performed his tasks in the highest professional and ethical standards of the City, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville... to express its sincere appreciation for ajob well done and to wish RICH McNAMARA best wishes in his new position, and further, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission and Staff of the City of Roseville wish to proclaim to all those interested, that RICH McNAMARA, Roseville's first GIS and Data Coordinator (1993-1994), is hereby graduated rrom the Roseville Community Development Program and is proclaimed a member in good standing of a very select group, the Roseville Planning and CDD Alumni Club, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities (for information sharing) accorded to that position.
