John <br />Shardlow stated that they will include building and landscaping materials, <br />clotheslines, mailboxes, etc. Will there be a "theme"? <br /> <br />Chairperson Wietecki asked what the spacing between clusters of townhouses will <br />be? (20 to 25 feet in a few locations, otherwise 30 feet or more). Will there be details <br />of design of townhouses included in submission packets? (Yes) <br /> <br />Member Harms asked whether builders will be allowed to sell to other builders? <br />Builders may suggest other builders, subject to School District (developer) approval. <br />The entire development agreement will be subject to and a part of the PUD, but the <br />covenants will be administered by the homeowners. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked for details regarding berming on the northeast comer of the <br />site in regard to Western Avenue. John Shardlow stated berming and landscaping <br />will be used. Chairperson <br />Wietecki asked for development details on Gryskiewicz property and to show details <br />on what can be built on this site. <br /> <br />Member Wall asked for details on access to parkland from east side of park. What <br />does the site plan for the park include? (Ballfields, tennis, woodlots and open space, <br />picnic with shelter) Where do users park? <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked where trail systems are located? Trails are at odds with <br />shore land/wetland ordinance. <br /> <br />Member Thomas asked if the roads would be public vs. private? Townhomes are on <br />public street. Member Thomas asked what should be done with wetland outlots? <br />Member Sandstrom replied that there is a need for City access for maintenance of <br />storm water, therefore, some public ownership may be necessary. <br /> <br />Member Sandstrom asked where pumped water must be discharged? (Lake Owasso <br />based on agreed upon water level in pond). <br /> <br />b.
