<br />City of Roseville <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />July 12, 1995 <br /> <br />Mr. Jorve stated that the cul-de-sac was designed to provide an access through all lots in <br />the area, and pointed out that 2 lots should be developed, not 3. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki stated that he saw no problem with the proposed subdivision, and <br />pointed out that it would be consistent with the other lot sizes in the area, and that there <br />was sufficient land area to have 3 lots which meet the minimum lot size requirements. <br />Chairman Wietecki added that the other property owners in the area could expand their <br />homes to be as big as the homes that would be built on these lots. <br /> <br />MOTION: Chairman Wietecki moved and Member Rhody seconded, to recommend <br />approval of Barry O'Meara's request for preliminary and final plat <br />approval for 3 single family residential lots at the south end of the Milton <br />Street cul-de-sac south of Sherr en Street and north of County Road B with <br />the conditions that all assessments be paid, that the curb and gutter be cut <br />as per Roseville standards, that no buildings be placed on the existing <br />storm sewer easement that is located on the north end of the proposed Lot <br />I, and that there be no setback variance requests for the proposed 3 new <br />lots. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Ayes: Wall, Sandstrom, Thein, Rhody, Harms, Wietecki <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Member Rhody stated that he was familiar with the area, that there was mixed values in <br />the area, and that the proposed plan would be an improvement to the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki indicated that the Commission would now be considering Item 6(i) <br />because Item 6( c) was dependent on the Ordinance Amendment which is dealt with in <br />item 6(i). <br /> <br />5 <br />
