Michael <br />Falk illustrated the easement to vacated and realigned surrounding a new anchor store at the <br />south end of Har Mar Mall. The easement for utility purposes would be vacated under the <br />proposed new building. Chairman Wietecki asked for comment from the public. There was <br />none. Chairman Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Harms, to recommend <br />approval of the easement vacation for Bradley Real Estate, Inc. along the south edge of the <br />Har Mar Mall at 2100 North Snelling Avenue as per the staff sketch. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Thein, Sandstrom, Harms, Cunningham, Rhody, Wietecki <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Planning File: 2786: Ray Geiger/Calvary Baptist Church request for a variance <br />to the zoning ordinance at 2120 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Michael Falk to provide <br />a background report regarding the request for a 10ft. height variance to allow for <br />construction of a 40 ft. high church building located at 2120 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />10 <br />
