Planning Commission Minutes April 10, 1996 Rick Jopke explained the method of addressing complaints. Dennis Welsch explained the definition of incidental sales. Gloria Timison, 1643 Stanbridge Avenue, stated that she did not object to the cosmetology business because there is a day care operation, a music teacher, and others in the neighborhood and there have been no problems. She objected to the signage in the yard. She also stated that cosmetology should be by appointment only. Chairman Keith Wietecki closed the public hearing. A general discussion ensued regarding the hours of operation. Member Cunningham suggested that the hours be regulated as 9:00 a.m. -7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. MOTION: Member Wietecki, moved, seconded by Member Cunningham to recommend approval of Stacey Jean Pittroff's request for a conditional use permit request to operate a cosmetology business from her home at 1655 Stanbridge Avenue and to approve the draft resolution with the following corrections: 1. The hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 10. The layout of the rooms for operation of the cosmetology business shall be filed with the staff prior to the Council meeting.
