Presentations and Other Actions: <br /> <br />7(a) TIF 15 <br /> <br />Rick Jopke summarized the request for finding of consistency with <br />Comprehensive Plan for the creation of a new Tax Increment Financing (TIF) <br />District (15). The proposed uses are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Rick Jopke illustrated a Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map with the boundaries <br />of the proposed TIF District 15 superimposed. The proposed development is <br />within and consistent with the Tower Place Master Plan for land use. The <br />proposed TIF District 15 is also consistent with the goals and policies within the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Wietecki moved, second by Member Thein to adopt the <br />resolution #11/13/96a finding that creation of Tax Increment Financing District <br />#15 is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Harms, Thein, Sandstrom <br />None <br /> <br />7(b) TIF plans 1-14 and 16 and Development District #1. <br /> <br />Rick Jopke described the modifications to the plans and reviewed the proposed <br />modifications, noting that they will clarify budget authority, summarize and <br />restate the authority, and clarify status of overall district. <br /> <br />No action necessary. <br /> <br />5 <br />
