Lee, summarized the staff report. <br />Member Wietecki questioned the garage setback and street construction. <br />Member Wilke asked if the driveway met city standards; K. Lee advised the 5' <br />setback had been met and the driveway would be hard surfaced this summer. <br />Peter Grare, attorney for the Applicant, discussed the hardship and stated that Burke <br />Avenue caused the problem; that there was neighborhood support with one or two <br />exceptions; that there would be no sound or traffic increase; that the addition will match <br />the existing building. <br />Chairman Wietecki asked if the addition could be to the south rather than north; Grare <br />stated there was a problem with that concept. <br />Angela and Paul Dunn presented a list of support from neighbors; apologized that the <br />2 <br />
