Minneapple International Montessori, a request to <br />amend a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of a day care facility <br />(1875 Perimeter Drive). <br />Chair Harms opened the hearing and requested Kim Lee to provide a summary <br />of the staff report of April 8, 1998. <br />Kim Lee described the request to expand athe school by 4,800 square feet. The <br />parking area would be expanded in the front and the play area reduced in size. <br />The existing building is painted brick with a mansard roof. The addition must <br />match the existing building in design and materials. The staff recommended <br />approval of the request for an amended conditional use permit to allow the <br />expansion of a day care facility at 1875 Perimeter Drive, with the following <br />8 <br />
