Prince of Peace Church, 2600 Victoria, Planned Unit Development (60 Unit Senior Housing Facility) Dennis Welsch introduced the project and explained the sketch plan review process. Chris Henningson, Prince of Peace Church, provided background regarding acquisition of the site and the need for senior housing development. Two partners to the project were introduced. The benefits of seniors adjacent to the church and park were discussed. The church proposes an affordable senior project for those who live in Roseville. He noted that the housing and church are not within the Central Park design. A focus group meeting was held by the church. Two sites have been identified for the housing. The church asked for response on the alternatives. Russ Rosa, Affordable Suburban Housing, described two alternatives.
