Prince of Peace Church, 2600 Victoria, Planned Unit <br />Development (60 Unit Senior Housing Facility) <br />Dennis Welsch introduced the project and explained the sketch plan review <br />process. <br />Chris Henningson, Prince of Peace Church, provided background regarding <br />acquisition of the site and the need for senior housing development. Two <br />partners to the project were introduced. The benefits of seniors adjacent to the <br />church and park were discussed. The church proposes an affordable senior <br />project for those who live in Roseville. He noted that the housing and church are <br />not within the Central Park design. <br />A focus group meeting was held by the church. Two sites have been identified <br />for the housing. The church asked for response on the alternatives. <br />Russ Rosa, Affordable Suburban Housing, described two alternatives. The <br />existing site has natural sloping that would be used as a portion of the building. <br />At the southeast corner, the first floor would be at the same level as the main <br />5 <br />
